3. Purposes of Processing & AI Utilization
We process your data strictly to facilitate your career advancement. Specifically, your data is used for:

4. Legal Basis for Processing
The primary legal basis for collecting, storing, and processing your personal data, as well as utilizing AI matching systems, is your freely given, explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You will be explicitly informed prior to any such transfer.
6. Data Retention and Talent Pool
We strive to support your long-term career growth. By consenting to enter our talent pool, your information is stored without a fixed, predetermined expiration date.
